SOUND NUTRITIONAL PLAN. You will be following a simple and sustainable nutrition plan that will compliment your training and help you achieve your goals more quickly.
SAME START AND END DATE. You will be starting with other boot campers who likely have similar goals as you. Because you will get to know your team mates, they will become a source of encouragement and motivation.
FINAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT. You will be able to measure your progress and achievements.
