This is the ultimate mommies class for babies and toddlers designed to whip mommies back in shape while keeping babies entertained in the process.

The Stroller Fitness Boot Camp is a great way to meet new moms with similar goals while building an early foundation for your child that involves fitness and exercise.


THE CLASS IS DESIGNED TO ACCOMODATE ALL FITNESS LEVELS with focus not only on toning and weight loss, but also on recovering and rehabilitating the post pregnancy body. 


THE STROLLER FITNESS BOOT CAMP COMBINES:
