If you are expecting and have been looking for a prenatal fitness class to keep you fit and strong, then this is the right class for you.

There are many obvious benefits to exercising during pregnancy for both the mother and the baby.  Regular prenatal exercise has been proven not only to control weight gain and mood, but has also  proven to facilitate labor and delivery.  A physically stronger pregnant body will make getting back into shape a lot easier.  Studies have also proven that exercising during pregnancy strengthens the fetus' heart control and overall cardiovascular system.

The primary focus of this class is to strengthen the pregnant body and core in preparation for the stresses of pregnancy, birth and recovery.

THE CLASS IS DESIGNED TO BENEFIT ALL FITNESS LEVELS from beginners to pros.
